[vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]Last Sunday, mama’s friend took me and her dog, Max, to the famous fish market in Marsaxlokk (try pronouncing that if you can). Mama has been hearing about the market as it’s beloved by locals and tourists alike.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_single_image image=”1695″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]The village of Marsaxlokk is situated in a beautiful and calm little bay where the colorful Maltese fishing boats dot the turquoise water. The market is right on the water-line – as in right on the water-line. TravellerDog is hereby issuing a formal warning, look where you are going so you don’t get your paws wet!
Apart from all types of fish and sea food, one can buy locally produced foods and delicacies as well as extremely cheap clothes, shoes and toys. Click on the Video to see me and Max examine some of the toys.
