Mama and her friend Randy like to walk in the Swedish forest during the fall. They wander around looking for mushrooms that they pick and sometimes take pictures of. As they do this, I set off on my own to explore all the different smells of the forest. Anyone can pick mushrooms in the Swedish forests, but there are some limitations.

Sweden has many lakes, so when traveling and hiking in the forests one can expect to run into a lake at some point.
In the fall the colors are beautiful and the air is fresh. Mama likes to take me to the forest in Scandinavia because there is nothing in it to worry about, there are no vicious animals or plants. Nice dogs like myself are allowed to run free as long as we come back to our owners when he/she calls us.

If you want to read more about traveling in Sweden with a dog, mama has collected a bunch of information on the page Plan a Trip – Sweden. For example, you will learn whether dogs are allowed on public transport and what to expect when it comes to finding accommodation that accepts dogs.
