[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Maltese people love to have a good time and host different carnivals and events, check out this impressive list of events in Malta. The carnivals and public events are big and small, and are to be found in both the larger cities and the small villages. The Maltese seem to especially appreciate street processions and floats. Happy street processions happen a few times around carnival time in February, as well as at Easter.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_single_image image=”1659″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]Mama took me to a fun (but excessively loud) carnival in Birgu. We saw several amazing dance-performances brought to us by very talented local children’s dance groups.
The best part, in my view, was the costumes. The children had matching costumes of all sorts at this fantastic Birgu carnival. Many were colorful and sparkly. I followed every step of the dancing children and their fantastic costumes with great interest.
Speaking of fantastic costumes… check out these Maltese costumes.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1661″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1663″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1660″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1938″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]If you want to know more about traveling with a dog in Malta, visit the page Plan a Trip – Malta where mama has written about what activities you can do, where dogs are welcome etc.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
